Your box will be delivered once every season, four times a year. It will be shipped within the first week of each season. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Box Delivery Schedule
New subscribers will receive their box within two weeks of placing an order. Active subscribers will receive their box within two weeks of the start of September, December, February, and June.
How do I cancel my subscription?
No commitment—cancel anytime hassle-free. Simply log in to your customer area and follow the cancellation instructions. Please note that cancellations must be made before the billing date of your next quarter’s renewal.
When will I be charged?
Your first payment will be processed when you set up your subscription. Subsequent payments will be charged on the 1st day of each quarter.
Do you accept returns?
Evolve Equine does not accept returns, and all delivered shipments are non-refundable. However, we do accept product exchanges depending on product availability.
